Meet Our Team
Dr Laura MacNeil
Since receiving her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Dundee in Scotland, Dr MacNeil attends CPD courses regularly, as well as taking part in Dental Corporation’s Associates Development Programme. As a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) and ADA WA branch, Dr MacNeil is always up-to-date on the best current practices and techniques.
Dr MacNeil loves being able to make people not only healthy, but happy and confident with their smile. She loves being able to get to know patients from all walks of life and hear the diversity in their stories, and especially enjoys working with anxious patients; seeing the change in the patient as they build confidence in themselves and her as a caregiver.
Laura found her calling in dentistry growing up around her Mum; a dental nurse. Growing up on the west coast of Scotland, she spent her time on field hockey, sailing and canoeing, later moving to the east coast for university and work before relocating to Australia for some sunshine. Laura now spends her free time at the beach walking her dog (a rescue greyhound), or avoiding sharks on her boogie board.
Dr Penelope Lindsay
Dr Penelope Lindsay grew up in Perth and graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Dental Science. Since then she has worked in private practice in Perth and surrounding areas over the last few years.
Penny is passionate about many areas of dentistry. She loves being able to help patients learn more about their oral health. She has a calm and friendly approach, as she understands that a visit to the dentist can be stressful for some. Penny strives to make every dental visit a relaxing and comfortable experience.
Outside of dentistry Penny enjoys travelling to new places, visiting family in South America and scuba diving. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Dr David Norcross
Dr David Norcross spent five years in a general practice in England before eventually relocating to Australia. He has extensive experience in many areas of dentistry, such as general, advanced restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr Norcross also has an interest in the safe removal of mercury amalgam fillings.
Dr Norcross graduated from Leeds University (England) in 2006, being awarded with a Bachelor of Dental Science. He has remained up-to-date with the latest dental techniques, technologies and developments through his post graduate education. He completed an Advanced Restorative Course in 2009 at the North of England Dental Academy. Priding himself on his gentle approach and excellent patient manner, Dr Norcross is extremely skilled in dealing with even the most nervous dental patients. He wants to make coming to the dentist the most comfortable experience it can be, for every patient he sees.
