Dentist
Dr Lewis Moore graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with commendation from the University of Glasgow in 2013. Since graduating, Lewis has completed multiple postgraduate courses in aesthetic dentistry, orthodontics (tooth straightening including Invisalign® clear aligners), restorative and rehabilitation dentistry (dental crowns, veneers and bridges).
After completing his vocational year after graduating in the UK, Lewis moved to Melbourne and worked in the public service before moving to sunny Perth where he has worked in private practice full time since early 2016.
Dr Lewis Moore performs all aspects of general dentistry but has a keen interest in aesthetic dentistry and smile makeovers, often utilising many different treatment modalities to help patients achieve the smile they want. Lewis prides himself on his gentle nature and thoroughness when treating patients.
He has completed his postgraduate diploma in Advanced Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry with the Australian College of Dental Practitioners.
In his spare time Lewis can be found looking after his young puppy, DJing, socialising, travelling and failing very badly at learning to surf.
Dentist
Dr Alex Stockley graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2006. After completing her degree, Alex worked in the North East of England for 8 years before moving to Perth.
Alex has completed postgraduate training programmes in Restorative Dentistry and Orthodontics (teeth straightening), and is a certified Inman Aligner™ provider.
Dr. Stockley performs all aspects of general dentistry using a holistic approach to treatment. She especially enjoys providing endodontic treatment (root canals), cosmetic dentistry and cosmetic dentures. She believes in a preventative approach to dentistry and enjoys seeing patients of all ages, treating them with genuine care and reassurance. Dr Alexlikes to ensure that even the most nervous patient feels welcome and comfortable at the practice.
Alex has previously volunteered for dental outreach programmes in Peru, providing dental care to those in need. She is now heavily involved inher local community, bringing dental education to pre-schoolers and hoping to inspire some future dentists!
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her young family, socialising and travelling. She likes to keep active with fitness training and swimming and has recently discovered stand-up paddle boarding. To learn about Dr Alex, watch her video.
Dentist
Dr Bolun Zhang was born in China and grew up in Perth and speaks fluent English and Chinese Mandarin.
Dr Zhang graduated from The University of Western Australia, obtaining a Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours in 2015. He moved to Geraldton after graduating and worked as a Dentist for four and a half years before returning to Perth.
Dr Zhang enjoys all aspects of general dentistry especially oral surgery and looks forward to undertaking more study in this field. He strongly believes in preventive dental care and greatly enjoys treating children and helping families maintain optimal oral health for life.
Bolun is a Certified Invisalign® Go provider which means he can identify, plan and discreetly treat simple orthodontic concerns for patients such as crowded teeth, gapped teeth and even relapses.
Outside of dentistry, Bolun enjoys travelling, playing sports such as volleyball and badminton, snowboarding (whenever he gets the chance) and video games.
Dentist
Dr. Chu graduated with Honors from the University of Western Australia in 2011 and enjoyed practicing in a rural Tasmanian community for two years prior to relocating back to Perth. He is a great believer in minimally invasive and preventive dentistry and seeks the best outcome for patients at all times through effective communication and the latest dental techniques and technology. Dr Chu performs all aspects of general dentistry and has a special interest in root canal treatment, cosmetic dentistry, crowns and bridges and restorative dental care. He prides himself on his gentle and caring nature.
Dr Chu is fluent in Mandarin and his nurse speaks Japanese. Outside of dentistry he enjoys playing soccer, and travelling with friends. Ian is happily married and he and his wife have just welcomed their first child into the world.
Dentist
Dr Kim Boyle graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Glasgow in 2019 then spent 3 years with the NHS and in private practice in Glasgow until relocating to Perth in 2022.
Since graduating, Kim continues to develop her clinical skills completing postgraduate courses in facial aesthetics and restorative dentistry. She has a very strong belief in minimally invasive dentistry with a focus on preventing dental disease.
Treating patients of all ages, Kim aims to help her patients feel completely comfortable throughout their dental visit.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys the outdoor lifestyle that Western Australia has to offer by visiting the beach and going on coastal walks. Kim enjoys running and doing pilates. To relax, she enjoys cooking and the odd glass of wine with friends.
Dentist
Dr Rainer Anderson graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Melbourne in 2019 before moving to Perth to complete a Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Western Australia.
Dr Rainer has practised dentistry for several years, taking particular interest in surgical cases involving dental trauma, wisdom tooth removal and implant dentistry.
Rainer has completed a number of implant dentistry programmes including the Master Clinician in Implant Dentistry programme at the Global Institute of Dental Excellence (gIDE).
Rainer is available exclusively for implant dentistry clients and works several days per week in Mount Lawley and Kelmscott at our dedicated implant clinic, Perth Dental Implant Centre.
Head Dentist
Dr David Norcross became the principal dentist at Mount Lawley Dental in 2011. Prior to joining the practice, he spent five years in a general practice in England before eventually relocating to Australia. He has extensive experience in many areas of dentistry, such as general, advanced restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr Norcross also has a keen interest in the safe removal of mercury amalgam fillings.
Dr Norcross graduated from Leeds University (England) in 2006, being awarded with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. He remains up-to-date with the latest dental techniques, technologies and developments through post graduate education. In 2009, he completed an Advanced Restorative Course at the North of England Dental Academy. Following this, he completed a year-long modular course in Implant Dentistry accredited by the British Academy of Dental Implantology in 2010. More recently in 2013, Dr Norcross completed his Master Clinician in Implant Dentistry Programme gaining certificates from the Global Institute for Dental Education (gIDE) and UCLA.
In his earlier years, Dr Norcross lecturered and mentored for MIS Implants and the Dental Implantology Academy (DIA). Today he is a key opinion leader for Nobel Biocare and delivers several dental implant training courses and live surgery demonstrations every year for new and emerging dentists. He has spent time at the Malo Clinic in Melbourne learning about the advances in full arch rehabilitation using the All-on-4® technique, and is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and Australian Society of Implant Dentistry.
Extensive training, skills and passion for implant dentistry, coupled with positive patient outcomes has earned Dr Norcross a favourable reputation as one of Perth’s best dentists placing implants.
Priding himself on his gentle approach and excellent patient manner, Dr Norcross is skilled in dealing with even the most nervous dental patients. He wants to make coming to the dentist the most comfortable experience it can be, for every patient he sees. Dr Norcross works closely with Dr Christine Troy offering all forms of dentistry under intravenous sedation. This includes simple and complex dental care for very nervous patients and the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth.
Dr Norcross is the Head Dentist of Mount Lawley Dental and our sister clinics in East Victoria Park (EVP Dental) and Kelmscott (Kelmscott Dental). Dr Norcross also offers consultations for wisdom teeth removal and dental implants at our dedicated dental implant clinic, Perth Dental Implant Centre.
Hygienist
Carmel Holland graduated with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Curtin University in 1999.
Carmel has gained experience across a number of areas within dentistry including general and periodontal dentistry and as a clinical demonstrator for dental hygiene students at Curtin University.
Carmel loves being a part of her patients’ journeys towards happier and healthier smiles. Patients can expect a gentle and safe environment where they can be listened to with care and without judgment.
Outside of work, Carmel enjoys travelling the world experiencing as many different cultures as she can.
Hygienist
Esther graduated from Curtin University with an associate degree in dental hygiene in 2010. She has been working in general private practice ever since.
Esther has a strong passion for patient care, ensuring she is empathetic and compassionate in everything she does. Esther prides herself on her patience, communication and gentle approach to patient care that allows her to develop positive relationships with clients.
On a personal level, Esther commits herself to ongoing fundraising initiatives to assist those suffering from civil unrest in Myanmar, her home country. Outside of work, Esther enjoys swimming, hiking, crocheting and spending time with family and friends.
Hygienist
Troné Burger holds a bachelor of Oral Hygiene, with distinction. She graduated top of her class from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2013 after which she worked as a dental hygienist in both orthodontic and private practices.
Troné moved to Australia in 2022 and obtained her Certificate of Completion with the Australian Dental Council in 2023. She has a special interest in periodontics and enjoys working with all age groups while striving to make each patient’s visit a pleasant one.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
Business Manager
Camille graduated in 2007 from Durham University in England with a Bachelor of Dental Science in Medical Anthropology (a niche degree which studies human behavior and where humans evolved from).
After graduating, Camille travelled and worked in marketing for 6 years before making her dream of moving to Australia, a reality.
Camille began working as Practice Manager for our sister clinic, EVP Dental in 2015 and then moved to Mount Lawley Dental in 2022. In 2023, she began a new role as Business Manager across our three practices supporting our practice managers as well as head dentist, Dr David Norcross in operational and business development processes and activities.
In Camille’s personal life she enjoys being active outside; swimming is a passion of hers and often takes part in Open Water Swims in the summer as well as cycling. She loves hanging out with friends and exploring new places.
Practice Manager
Megan embarked on her journey in the dental field upon completing her certificate IV in Dental Assisting in 2014. Since then, she has remained dedicated to the industry, accumulating valuable experience and expertise.
With a predominant focus on clinical settings, Megan has adeptly assisted in a wide array of dental procedures, spanning general, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry. Over the course of a decade, she progressively advanced her career, transitioning into a managerial role where she thrives.
In 2022, Megan participated in a rigorous Future Leaders Program, to help accelerate her career. Megan soon after seized the opportunity to assume the position of Practice Manager at Mount Lawley Dental.
Complementing her hands-on experience, Megan has continually pursued further education, including notable participation in a Nobel Biocare implant course at The Branemark Center.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Megan enjoys spending time with her partner, two dogs, and family and friends.
Clinical Manager
Sara began working as Head Nurse at our sister practice Kelmscott Dental in 2017, before becoming Clinical Coordinator and subsequently Clinical Manager across our practice group.
With more than 12 years experience, Sara has excellent knowledge in the fields of implant and oral surgery. She works alongside head dentist, Dr David Norcross and manages the dental nursing teams across three practices.
Sara runs the clinical training and development of staff in assisting with surgical procedures, ensuring the teams operate within QIP accreditation guidelines and protocols and provides ongoing mentoring and training to staff.
When Sara is not working, she enjoys living the country life with her fiancé, horse and two dogs.

Any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $60. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
