By making sure you clean your mouthguard after every use, you’ll keep it free from staining and plaque build-up that can ruin the mouthguard and require you to replace it sooner than necessary.

Yes. Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience our providers and other patients. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $60.
